Living in a different city or a different country brings with it a strange sense of split responsibility.

Built on the foundation of Quality, Trust and Transparency, we've created QALY Health to support sons and daughters who can't be with their parents all the time to actively get involved with their ongoing health condition management.

The app offers a comprehensive dashboard to self-monitor key health metrics such as blood pressure, blood sugars, weight/ BMI and spO2, along with trends from regular lab tests conducted as part of your subscription, such as Hba1c and cholesterol levels.

Since the health plan subscription will involve regular check-ins, doctor consultations, along with regular physio and nutritionist assessments. Users will be able to find all their treatment history and post consultation notes and treatment plans, such as physio exercises and meal plans, at one place in a chronological order.

The App is also offers a central EMR store for patients to keep all past treatments and prescriptions as documents, removing the requirement to carry folders for every doctor appointment.

Regular nudges and notifications are in place to encourage engagement and adherence for self-monitoring aims to improve patient's overall health and quality of life, often measured as 'QALY' (quality adjusted life year) in the medical world.
