My pay has never been updated, when I try to enter hours the year is not 2026, it is for Jan of 2024. I have contacted support several times, verified my identity, gave them employer info, photo id, my pay info and NOTHING. No follow ups and I have to reach back out only to b made to repeat myself and issue. Horrible "support". Shady af

2026-07-16	Ci*****	this app sucks! it dont work! it screwed up my direct deposit. and ive been on customer service for over a week and every day their answer is to give the system another 24 hours to fix it!!! im beyond sick of dealing with this company! I send forever on the phone waiting and talking to someone that their 1st language is not English can understand them then all I get is wait another day?! nope! im about to call the attorney General!!! ima get the ball moving 1 way or another!!!
