Very Disappointing Experience – I recently placed an order on Flipkart, and to my surprise, it was canceled automatically without any reason! I didn't receive any proper explanation, and the worst part is that customer support was no help at all. Every time I tried reaching out, I either got generic responses or no resolution. This is extremely frustrating, especially when you’re waiting for an important order. Flipkart needs improve their customer service. Highly disappointed!

Very bad customer service.. app has lot of bugs, can't able to connect the customer care where I as a user struggling to manage the order. The recent added "Kilo" , I ordered on that. While the app asked me to pin the exact location. After pinned the pincode got changed for my location but not able to change. So I ordered. The product received but due to wrong pincode the agent refused to deliver and forced me to cancel. Last I travel 20km to get my delivery. Very disgusting experience.
