Prometheus Coach

Prometheus Coach is the phone app for fitness and strength coaches. Plan training, manage your athletes and run your coaching business from wherever you are, with the same account you use on the web.

Training plans in minutes, not evenings
Build programmes and periodised seasons once, reuse them for every athlete and adjust them in seconds instead of rebuilding a spreadsheet. Pick exercises from the curated Prometheus library or add your own.

Every athlete on one screen
See each client with their history, plan and progress. Messages, check-ins, questionnaires and results stay with the client instead of scattering across apps. Your athletes train and log every set in the Prometheus athlete app, and you see the session as it happens, not next week.

Your day at a glance
The dashboard shows today's sessions, your active clients and your to-do list. The calendar holds your sessions and bookings.

Talk to your clients
Answer messages in the inbox and hold video calls right inside the app.

Get paid
Invoices, client subscriptions and payments are handled in the same tool you coach with, so there is no separate billing routine at the end of the month.

Sell more coaching
The assistant helps you follow up on enquiries, draft an offer and see which client is about to leave, before they do.
