Features & Capabilities

MATS is an all-in-one training platform for runners, cyclists and triathletes. Its AI coach builds week-by-week plans around your races, training load, readiness and schedule, then adapts workouts when life changes. Training guidance is based on the philosophy of elite coaches.

Sync workouts across popular platforms, track performance and training load, control a compatible smart trainer, and schedule strength and mobility sessions. Athletes working with a personal coach can plan together, chat and comment on workouts in the app. Try MATS free for 14 days.

User Reviews

Trying to build AI features before properly handling offline / online switches properly without forcing your users to hard quit the app, major engineering blunder. Walk before you run.
