User Reviews

Users appreciate the intuitive interface, rich ACT therapy content including video lessons and exercises, and the ability to share data with therapists for better sessions. The app offers useful tracking and analytics features. However, many users face frustrating issues with registration, sign-in, and password reset processes. A sizable portion of content is locked behind an expensive subscription, and users report typos and occasional graphical problems. Despite these drawbacks, the app is valued for its evidence-based approach and comprehensive coverage of ACT.
Pros
  • Intuitive and simple user interface that's easy to use.
  • Comprehensive content with lessons, exercises, and video lessons that effectively explain ACT concepts.
  • Ability to share progress and entries with therapists, enhancing therapy sessions.
  • Useful tracking features like mood, emotion, journal entries, and analytical tools such as streaks and correlations.
  • App is based on proven evidence-based therapy and is appreciated by both users and therapists.
Cons
  • Significant content locked behind a fairly expensive subscription, limiting free usage.
  • Issues with registration, sign-in, and password reset processes causing user frustration.
  • Graphical elements not working well on some devices.
  • Typos and proofreading errors throughout the app content affecting readability.
  • Some users experience error messages after subscribing, impacting usability.

They improved this app since the last time I've been here. This is way better than Russ Harris's app because it's more of a journal than a toolbox. If you want a toolbox I highly recommend "ACT Companion" by Russ Harris.
