This extension makes it easy to log your anesthesia cases with fewer clicks and minimal scrolling. Open the ACGME case entry website using the link on the extension, select the relevant options using the streamlined form, and click Fill and Submit.

Please note:

• While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, it is your responsibility to verify your data is entered correctly.
• The extension may stop working if the ACGME updates their website.
• Cases marked as "Emergency" will automatically check the box labeled "Life-Threatening Pathology." If this is not appropriate, you must manually uncheck this box on the ACGME site.
• The extension will ignore optional fields (i.e. neuraxial blockade site and peripheral nerve blockade site).
• The extension will not fill your Site and Supervisor. Consider creating a template with your hospital and program director's names to automate this process.
