The app works great! Is convenient for occasional drivers although slightly overpriced for this price I expected a proper customer service. Expect waiting times over 20 min on the phone whether for emergencies or simple requests. You have to remain with the vehicle whatever happens, so I ended up waiting 2 hours in the sun , for a technical malfunction unrelated to my driving. Considering I had a 1 hour rental this seems a bit excessive. Also make sure to look out for these additional fees :).

I love this service. living in Lausanne, we have a deep pool of cars and it's really to use. As a member, I find the price very advantageous for people not needing a car on a daily basis. Strongly recommend!
