Works mostly fine, but hangs itself up when not in use...

The app is terrible. It's nearly impossible to make a car reservation if someone else has reserved it for the same day, albeit for different hours. It keeps prompting me to select an alternative time period, and even if the time window is two hours from the previous reservation, it still doesn't work.
