App is terrible, keeps freezing and crashing. I could not even get a car today as it would not complete the reservation. Please fix. Updating review, I already had current version/ uninstalled/reinstalled prior to writing initial review. CS got back to me 5 days later. The app worked one time and the second time same thing happenen, freezes while trying to complete after it already charged hold on cc. My cc info is updated/good. Waiting to hear back from CS again. The app does not work.

The Free2move experience is a gift and a curse. Best is the availability and condition of the cars. Pricing not bad. They offer discounts. App can be annoying. Policies seem everchanging. Customer service by email is insane. They engage in your concerns like they're not even trying to understand you. If you've used multiple cards but only have 1 currently saved it doesn't matter they'll use another to pay charge without warning. If you really wanna go for a ride WATCH YOUR BANK TRANSACTIONS.
