Why doesn't the app save your information? This is completely nonsensical, I need to type in my name, address, phone number, etc every time I do a request. What a waste of time. I think the app is designed to discourage us from submitting requests.

Helpful app to report maintenance issues, but there's a bug with the map view: the Search Here button still flashes when I reposition the map to a different location, making it not functional.
