2025-01-12	Ra*****	The app itself is fine but the limits are never updated or accurate. For example my limits now should all have reset as they do on the 1st of January but it's saying that I don't have any remaining balance. I've tried asking support and they are never able to help at all.

2024-12-18	Te*****	I've been trying to log into my account for two days and nights now and to make a substantial claim. It takes my email address and password then sends me a code by text. I type in the code and NOTHING. NADA! That's as far as I can get. It's a piece of junk. Fix it or scrap it!
