Broken and unusable. Selecting available appointment slots always leads to a message that the appointment is no longer available. None of the supposedly available times is actually available, and the list of available times simply does not update properly, regardless of refreshing, restarting or logging out and in again.

I have the Bupa Blua app installed on my Android phone. This app says that I now need to download the My Bupa app to book an appointment. However, the My Bupa app says it isn't compatible with my phone. This means I can't use any Bupa app to access Bupa services any more. It is pretty disappointing that the new app is less compatible than the old one.
