The service is great. The app itself doesn't seem to work properly. I have saved my account as well as password, but every time I want to get into the app, I essentially need to sign in as a new user, including with the phone code verification. This is the only app this happens with. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same issue. I can't see anywhere to report technical problems.

App is too slow, crashes and does not save progress on requests, requests have too many questions etc. Clearly done on a low budget, organisation does not value its customers.
