Browser Notes is a side-panel notepad that keeps a separate, auto-saving note for every website you visit, scoped by hostname. All pages on the same site share one note, so notes stay local in your browser.

Personal notes: a scratch pad independent of any site, always one click away
Pin notes: lock the panel to a specific site's note while you browse elsewhere
