CIPE nursing diagnoses and interventions for Primary Care

Terminological Subsets (catalogs) constructed based on the vocabulary of the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP) aimed at Primary Health Care, in the areas: Mental Health, Children's Health, Adult and Elderly Health, Women's Health, Pre- natal and postpartum. The application aims to support nurses, teachers and nursing students to name nursing care phenomena. The application's content is the result of research developed by professors, nurses and students from the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) and the University of São Paulo (USP).
