This Chrome extension offers a structured taxonomy of nursing diagnoses and interventions, featuring over 550 interventions including new and revised ones, ensuring evidence-based and clinically relevant terminology.

Designed to enhance nursing education and clinical decision-making, the app supports standardizing nursing knowledge and aligns with NANDA diagnoses (2012-2014). It aids nurses in selecting appropriate interventions and facilitates communication with other healthcare professionals, reflecting current practices and research for optimized patient care.
