Nursing care results, the Dutch translation of Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC). This app is based on the third, revised Dutch edition which again is a translation of the fifth American pressure.

The app provides a structured classification of nursing diagnoses and care outcomes. The main features of the NOC are:
• completeness: 490 updated care outcomes, of which 107 are completely new;
• evidence based;
• clear and clinically meaningful terminology;
• user structure;
• used in various disciplines;
• tested in the field;
• combined with the NANDA diagnoses (2012-2014 NANDA-I).

Nursing care results contributes to adequate education in clinical decision making. The app provides standardization and definition of the knowledge necessary for nursing education and nursing practice. It is also a tool to make curricula more closely to practice.
