Ped

The "PED" application aims to support the execution of the nursing process in assisting hospitalized children, due to gastrointestinal and cardiopulmonary disorders, aimed at nurses and nursing students.

It allows to train diagnostic reasoning in an interactive way and offers a list of nursing diagnoses and actions to assist in decision making and planning of actions using a standardized language system of the profession.

The “PED” application is a caring product, has a simple and intuitive interface and features five navigation options: “Nursing Process” - displays theoretical content about the Nursing Process; "Nursing Diagnostics and Actions" - contains nursing diagnoses and actions to assist hospitalized children; “Case studies” - brings validated case studies for training in diagnostic reasoning through the resolution of clinical situations providing opportunities for reflection and the search for alternatives to solve problems; “Nursing Procedures” - describes step by step some pediatric nursing procedures with illustrations and tips and “Credits” - the executing team.
