Summary
Tab Overflow is a tool to prevent you from opening too many tabs in one window. It will forcibly close any tab you try to open beyond the allowed number (which you can specify). This is useful because it prevents you from overflowing your windows with too useless tabs, and trains you to use tabs as a limited resource.
