Why do I have to schedule a call with Customer Service Representative in order to resolve an OTP issue? Added to that, the call times offered are ridiculous. Now my meeting minutes are tied up. ALSO, how you have an online chat option, but there no response after the initial response?

I tried using this on another email today. The idea is good but the implementation is poor. Yes it auto detects and labels the transcript however, sometimes it is done so incorrectly and they do not give you an option to remove that label from that section of the transcript.
