Seriously poor experience re. accuracy and outcome. I do not like their transcription - not accurate at all. I moved over to Sharpen.ai. Basically does the same thing , but you get a much better outcome for far less effort, 10 free meetings a month with no feature limits. No brainer.

agree with the customer service comment - there is none. i have been number 1 in queue for over 1 hour??? how is that possible? If this is the future with AI - please just let me use Humans!!! Please anyone that as the ability or magic beans to contact customer service post it!! you may just help save this company.
