Opening your first file requires some tweaking.
As mentioned in description, you must allow access to File url.
After that,
1. open your HAR file using the browser (the file will appear as plain JSON)
2. click on the extension icon in the extensions bar (if not working make sure, it's allowed to read the file)
Compare to the HAR file viewer provided by Chrome, this one is better. The visualization shows the network logs very detailed and informative. Thank author
