Awful extension, points from Amazon never tracked, tried to speak to customer services. Hard to get hold off and after a year of poor communication with no helpful answer I have given up. Absolutely pointless, told all my friends and family to avoid. I am a frequent user of reward and cashback browser extensions and this is by far the worst I have come across.

I've been using the Chrome extension since it first launched. Annoyingly many times the Chrome extension doesn't seem to track. When entering an online store the extension prompts that you can earn up to xxx amount of points, but no further details what 'up to' refers to, it also shows that points collection is activated. However, I rarely seem to receive those points and they are not showing under 'pending' either. Also very frustrating that you cannot view your points collection history. I really wanted to like this, but now I feel there are more reliable rewards or cash back offers out there. I feel I've been wasting my time and been missing out on rewards I could have collected elsewhere.

I have received enough points to get a gift card however, the points always seem to be "pending" for some reason so it wont let you exchange them for a gift card! I have tried emailing Marie Claire several times but haven't received a response. its so frustrating
