Powr of You is working to give people a way to take an active role in the data economy. We create a lot of data in our lives today by using various devices, social networks, internet browsers, health monitors, etc. At Powr of You, we realized that everyone uses our data to their benefit with analytics, insights that they monetize. However, you and I don’t share in this benefit today. So we built a tool to take that first step towards giving people a way to actively participate in the personal data economy.

This extension allows you to connect your Powr of You account and gives you access to various insights. We do this in two-steps:

Personalized Insights - The add-on sees how you traverse the web across various websites. It’s seamless, simply install the add-on and log-in to your Powr of You account. You do not need to interact with us any more than you want to :)
Reward opportunities - Once connected, you will be matched to reward opportunities based on your profile and activity. We have integrated these into your Dashboard and Rewards.

Their Twitter hasn't posted in several years. I have the mobile app and browser extension which I've connected to various apps/browsers which it requests. I have not received any indication that it is working at all. I'm not receiving points nor getting any points. I'm pretty sure this project is dead. I got a response from Support but all indication points to the fact that this project is sinking or has already completely sunk. Until I see something drastic happen, I'll continue to assume that this app is not beneficial to me in any way. It's unfortunate because I'm looking for apps related to bandwidth sharing, ad monetization and data monetization. Bummer.
