I've used Quidco for years (premium member) but am getting fed up with having to sign in to it every time when using the extension to activate cashback tracking which hadn't been an issue until the last year or so. It also often looses the page / product you were viewing which is a nuisance. I have reported the issue but clearly not enough people are else they'd fix it. Otherwise the premise of cashback has always worked well over the years and even though at times you have to wait a while it's worth it when some money comes back to you.

Extremely disappointed!!! im new to this site and the 1st thing I purchased my life insurance and car insurance, car insurance stated payment date of 21st Oct that then disappeared so i put a claim in to then be told i have to wait until ive paid 6 mths!!!!! car insurance is not even showing a figure???? Is some part of these issues miss-selling or something trading standards would be interested!!!!

I have been a Quidco (premium member) since July 2010 and have never had any issues with cashback on my purchases, however I have just completed my car insurance renewal but never got the reminder pop up to activate the cashback button , does this mean my transaction will not be tracked and therefore not qualify for the 45.00 ??? Please advise
