Aseda

Aseda is the one app for running a construction or trade business from the office to the site.

SITE TIME
Clock on and off from your phone with GPS site check-in. Rosters, timesheets, leave and approvals in one place. It works with no signal: a clock-in with no coverage is kept on the phone and sent when you're back in range.

JOB TICKETS
Raise a ticket on site, add the work done from the project's rates, capture photos and forms, and get the client to sign off on the phone. Surcharges for rain, weekends and after hours are suggested automatically.

BOOKINGS AND ROSTERS
Plan the week on a calendar, publish rosters, and let the crew see where they're working and who's on site.

PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
A live register of vehicles, machines and tools with QR tags, service logbooks and rego and insurance reminders. Site Track shows live GPS for your fleet and replays a day's travel.

SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
SWMS, toolbox talks, inductions, licences and tickets, issued, signed and tracked. Workers read and sign documents before they start.

TENDERS AND COMMERCIAL
Schedule-of-rates and lump-sum tenders from templates, progress claims, variations, a retention register and a rolling cashflow forecast, with Xero integration.

Aseda is for businesses with an Aseda subscription. Sign in with the account your company gives you. Push notifications keep you across roster changes, approvals and sign-offs.
