Bob - Your site mate

Get the right crew to the right site — and prove it.

Bob is the site mate for Australian construction and trade crews. Workers see where they're working, get clocked in at the site gate, and send photos and paperwork straight from the tools. Supervisors see who's on site right now — no calls, no spreadsheets, no chasing timesheets on a Friday.

FOR WORKERS

• Your jobs, on your phone — every site, start time and job detail for the week ahead, updated the moment the roster changes.
• Automatic clock-in and clock-out — Bob notices when you arrive at your job site and when you leave, and records your day for you. Prefer to do it yourself? One tap does the same thing, no location needed.
• Site photos and proof of work — capture progress shots and delivery dockets straight onto the job, where the whole team can find them later. No more digging through group chats.
• Tickets and inductions — submit licences, cards and inductions from your phone, and see what your employer still needs from you.
• Stay in the loop — a heads-up when tomorrow's job is on, and a push the moment your roster changes.

FOR SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS

• See today at a glance — every job, and who's clocked in on each site, live.
• Timesheets built from real arrivals and departures, ready to review on the web dashboard.
• Roster changes reach the crew instantly — assign a worker and their phone knows.

YOUR LOCATION, RESPECTED

Bob uses location for one thing: recording when you arrive at and leave the job sites your employer assigns you. There's no tracking between sites, no movement trail, and nothing recorded outside your work. Automatic clock-in is optional — you can always clock in manually instead.
