Edilio

Edilio is the app for those who work on construction sites: workers, foremen, and drivers for companies that use the Edilio management system. Stamp in, send reports, and register vehicles from your phone, in just a few taps.

CLOCKING
• Stamp in and out when you're at the construction site: your location is checked only at that moment.
• Instantly see if you're on the construction site, from what time, and the hours of the day.
• If you're far away, the app tells you how far and takes you to the construction site with directions.

MINUTE REPORTS
• The daily report is a chat: write down what you did and add the time and weather.
• First, choose the construction site: the app suggests the one you're at. If you change construction sites, create a new one.
• Attach photos, videos, voice messages, and documents.
• Find reports from previous days.

VEHICLES
• Pick up and return the vehicle, recording the mileage, and add refueling.

• If your company requires it, you can record the vehicle's route until it's returned, including breaks.
• Report a problem with a photo.
• Consult the vehicle's documents.
• If your company requires it, you can record your business trips with your car and their mileage, so you can request reimbursement. They stay on your phone, and you send the summary.

MADE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
• Large buttons, comfortable even with gloves.
• Clear text, readable in sunlight, and a dark theme.
• If something can't be done, the app tells you why and how to fix it.
• Alerts you when there's a network outage, before you even touch it.

PRIVACY
• Your location is only recorded when you clock in, send a report message, or log the use of a vehicle.
• The vehicle's route is only recorded if you activate it, until you pause it or return the vehicle: in the meantime, a notification is always visible.

• Trips with your car are only available if you start one, until you finish it: they stay on your phone, and the notification is always visible.
• No ads and no tracking.

HOW TO ENTER
The app works with the personal link your company sends you: tap it on your phone and the app opens automatically. You can also scan the QR code that shows you the office. Your company decides which features are available. If you haven't received the link, ask your manager for one.
