HOW APP LOCK WORKS (Accessibility Service)
Sunstride uses Android's Accessibility Service to run App Lock. It detects the moment you open an app you've chosen to lock — like TikTok, Instagram or YouTube — so it can cover that app with your live step count until you reach your daily step goal. Sunstride only reads which app is currently in the foreground; it never reads, records, collects or shares the content on your screen, and no data leaves your device. App Lock is optional and you can turn it off anytime in Settings.
