PRIVACY FROM THE START
Check-ins, notes and reflections are stored in an encrypted local database on your Android device by default. Your personal plan and preferences remain in app-private storage; both are excluded from Android backup and device transfer. An account is optional for the free core experience. If you choose an account, use email and password or Google where available. An account is required to securely link and restore a Google Play purchase.

STAPLICHT PLUS
Plus adds a 30-day overview, averages, recurring patterns and a personal plan suggestion based on your own entries. Google Play shows the current price, billing period, any trial and cancellation terms before purchase. Emergency help, crisis information, the clean counter, basic check-in and your personal plan remain free.
