There is no chain to break, so coming back is the easy choice: consistency without the pressure. Sick or just resting? Skip the day: a quiet stroke marks the cell, the reminder pauses, and the week doesn't hold it against you. Rest can be a rule, too: set a habit to skip every Friday, automatically.

GOALS THAT FIT REAL LIFE
