Rentibly Inbox

Rentibly Inbox brings every guest conversation into one place, so your team never misses a message.

Built for short-term rental and hospitality operators, Rentibly Inbox unifies WhatsApp, email and your booking channels — Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia — into a single shared inbox you can run from your phone, with your whole team, wherever they are.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• One inbox for every channel — WhatsApp, email and booking-site messages side by side, no app-switching.
• Reply on the go — text, photos, videos, voice notes and documents, plus approved WhatsApp templates.
• Snippets — save the replies you send most and insert them by typing / in the message box.
• Start new conversations — with a contact, or with the guest on a booking.
• Work as a team — assign conversations, take ownership, and leave private internal notes that @mention a colleague.
• Move faster with AI — Rentibly AI drafts replies and can translate your message into the guest's language. Nothing sends without you.
• Stay in control — block unwanted senders on WhatsApp and email, and report messages for an admin to review.
• See the full guest — bookings, inquiries and past stays linked right next to the conversation.
• Never miss a reply — push notifications with a distinct chime, quoted replies and read receipts.
