2026-05-07	Er*****	I have 4 Masterbuild products. I really enjoy my grill series 545, 30 and 40 smokers plus the deep fryer. It's so easy to use and the meats come out perfectly. Why so many? Well you can't have a cookout for your family and friends with one smoker.

2026-05-03	Jo*****	Update: I named my smoker "Hot Garbage" in the app, because that's what it is. App used to have a majority of 1-star reviews in 2023 when I first reviewed it. Has been unreliable at best. Today, it tells me my "device is no longer compatible" with the app, and wouldn't connect. But seems to work (for now) after re-pairing (again). I was stoked when I got my Gravity 800 in 2022 and even convinced a friend to buy one. Doubt I will ever buy another Masterbuilt product.

2026-04-27	Ke*****	I've had a 1050 since the year they came out. I love the grill but the app is terrible. I have to delete the smoker from the app and treat it like a new smoker just to get the app to connect. I am on my second "brain" on grill and the app performance has been consistent with both old and new. I have hoped they would fix this app over the last few years but it is still terrible.
