if you loose contact with the smoker, once it is hot the Bluetooth will not connect again till it is cold. messes up the the whole cooking process.

This app is basically useless. I'd go so far as to NOT recommend Masterbuilt products, PERIOD. Apparently, if you own a unit that is out of warranty and no longer manufactured, but still works fine, it won't be supported in any app. They will refuse help. I have tried their contact form, and received such a reply. Their chat feature is a useless/non-functional AI bot. My app login account is being deleted, and there's nothing I can do about it. AVOID MASTERBUILT!
