2026-01-05	D *****	This app is basically useless. I'd go so far as to NOT recommend Masterbuilt products, PERIOD. Apparently, if you own a unit that is out of warranty and no longer manufactured, but still works fine, it won't be supported in any app. They will refuse help. I have tried their contact form, and received such a reply. Their chat feature is a useless/non-functional AI bot. My app login account is being deleted, and there's nothing I can do about it. AVOID MASTERBUILT!

2025-11-27	ca*****	The phone doesn't connect to the smoker! It worked okay the first time now when we are able to connect it keeps us in safe mode. Or disconnects and says the smoker is off. I don't understand the point of having a wifi smoker that doesn't work effectively. Seriously considering returning and purchasing a different brand. This is so frustrating.

So I go outside, spray my brisket, go back inside....and I forget to hit the BT button on the smoker so I need to go back outside and press the damn button? come on .....if BT is one with both devices let them connect. I am NOT going to leave the door to my smoker open when I'm cooking. I've invested too much time in this....
