2026-05-24	Ge*****	if you loose contact with the smoker, once it is hot the Bluetooth will not connect again till it is cold. messes up the the whole cooking process.

2026-01-05	D *****	This app is basically useless. I'd go so far as to NOT recommend Masterbuilt products, PERIOD. Apparently, if you own a unit that is out of warranty and no longer manufactured, but still works fine, it won't be supported in any app. They will refuse help. I have tried their contact form, and received such a reply. Their chat feature is a useless/non-functional AI bot. My app login account is being deleted, and there's nothing I can do about it. AVOID MASTERBUILT!
