IntervalStackPro is an interval timer for people who'd rather build their own workouts than follow someone else's. Add work and rest blocks in whatever order you want, set your rounds, and the big countdown ring runs the session while you train.

## Build your own intervals

A timer you can actually follow

- A large countdown ring shows where you are in the current interval.
- A prep timer counts you in before the first work block.
- Auto-advance runs straight through, or pause between blocks and resume when you're ready.
- Work, rest, and prep are color-coded so you can tell the phase at a glance.

Track every session

Finished workouts are saved with the date, so you can look back at your training history and stats. Add a profile name and avatar if you want to personalize it.
