The problem is the app... The physical service is 4/5, they only lose a star because often the bikes are poorly maintained. The app itself totally sucks. 1/5. Very often, the app simply won't open if you're trying to pick up a bike or drop off a bike. I thought this might be my data but I tested other apps like Uber and they all opened and loaded fine. I bothered writing this review because I'm currently walking home after another time when the app just wouldn't open.

It didn't register the parking even though I parked it correctly and it also showed in the map that the bike was in the parking area, and the customer service did not help either as it wasn't working hours apparently, and now it's gonna charge me 3 time the amount I used the bike for, I demand a refund or compensation, the bike ID is 22046 if that helps
