ChairBreak is a ridiculously simple sit/stand timer that nags with love.

No exercises. No streaks. No leaderboards. No account. Just "stand up" and "sit down" at the times you choose — and gentle reminders when it's time to move.

Sitting all day is rough on your back. ChairBreak fixes the one thing that actually matters: getting you out of the chair on a rhythm you set, then back to work. That's it.

WHAT IT DOES
• Sit/stand cycle timer — pick how long you sit (20/30/45/60/90 min) and how long you stand (5/10/15/20/30 min). One clean timer screen with playful phase transitions.
• Work-window scheduling — ChairBreak only nags inside your work hours, on the days you choose. Evenings and weekends are yours.
• Reliable notifications — reminders arrive on time even with the app fully closed. The action button matches the move: "I'm up!" to stand, "Back down" to sit.
• Break Mode — stepping out for a walk or lunch? Pause reminders for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. End early or let it run out — either way a fresh cycle starts on its own.
• Snooze — not ready? Push any reminder five minutes.
• Set once, forget forever — a quick first-run setup for your two durations and work window, then it just runs.
