'Video Speed Control' is a Chrome extension that grants users the ability to control the playback speed of all HTML5 video elements on the web. In order to use this add-on, a user needs to visit a webpage containing HTML5 video elements, play the video, open the toolbar pop-up UI, adjust the playback speed, and click on the 'Play' button. Note that user action is required to activate this each time as the add-on does not automatically change the speed. The extension can adjust playback speed from a minimum of 0.07x to a maximum of 16x, in accordance with HTML5 standards.
