What is Video Speed Changer?

"Video Speed Changer" is a Chrome extension designed to enhance your video watching experience. It adds a ribbon on top of videos (supports YouTube as well), enabling users to swiftly adjust the playback speeds from normal (1x) to up to 2.5x. This extension supports HTML 5 videos, however, is not backwards compatible with Flash videos.
