The main tasks of the digital platform:
• Provide residents with the opportunity to publicly inform the authorities about urban issues
• Help the city executive authorities to timely detect, eliminate and prevent problems in the city
• Increase the speed of reaction and increase the transparency of decisions
• Improve the performance of city services
• To involve residents in the process of joint management of the city (submission of ideas, planning, decision-making, control over implementation)
• Ensure a full-fledged effective partnership between the authorities and city residents

After registration, any resident will be able to:
• Send messages to city authorities, receive responses to them in a short time and assess their quality
• Participate in polls and polls posted by city authorities
• Put forward your own initiatives
