Overall, the initiative is good, but the app needs improvements. It's impossible to upload pictures or videos from the phone, which means you cannot take audio or video material and report it later. There are map loading issues; sometimes it loads, and sometimes it doesn't. Drafts are only saved for 10 minutes. Is there any logical reason for this? When you close the app and reopen it, the draft is gone. :(
