Direct Communication is a mobile application for residents of the Russian Federation, developed for active interaction with executive authorities.
Residents of all settlements of Russia can install this application on their mobile device for free and contact city services, municipal departments and supervisory authorities in a convenient form, informing the authorities about existing problems and taking part in voting.
With the Direct Communication application you can:
- Send information about an existing problem with an indication of the exact location on the map, a brief description and supporting photos;
- View requests and offers created personally and by other users on the map;
- View the feed of already resolved problems;
- Receive information about the change in the status of consideration of your applications;
- Participate in electronic voting;
- View news from city services, municipal departments and supervisors.
- Propose options for improving the environment and infrastructure;
