Сделано на отъ*бись, как и все в этой стране. Не приходит письмо с подтверждением почты. Нельзя при создании обращения ввести номер дома с буквами и другими символами, хотя такие у нас в городе есть. Bad request при создании обращения - вообще супер. NumberFormatException при обработке адреса, ох и дауны.

Занадто багато потрібно розголошувати особистої інформації невідомо кому. Мало того навіть згоду обробки даних розписали в парі по воді писаних пунктів. Це не діалог з владою, а його уникнення
