"Contact Center of the Kherson Regional State Administration" is a comprehensive system for managing citizens' appeals, for the ease of use of which this mobile application was developed. Using the mobile application, you can:

create an application through your personal account after registration;
indicate the location of the problem on the geoinformation map;
attach a photo to the application;
send the appeal, monitor and control its execution;
track statistics of appeals to the "State Institution "Kherson Regional Contact Center"
see information about repair works and emergency situations in the settlement of the Kherson Regional State Administration and at your own address;
view the history of your own appeals
