2024-12-12	JU*****	Great used right, get your spot early, especially in the morning. You've got to plan ahead and time your ride right, accordance to your schedule. May leave you if they don't see you at the stop, some arrive close to the stop, better to stay by the stop. HIGHLY recommend the "GoPass," it gives you the bus stops, live bus tracker, and the scheduled time they should arrive, times update. On-Demand buses take you to to your requested location if it's within it's area. Check online & see the hours.

Then buying a ticket you can't this bus app nowhere near dart bus transit app or Corpus Christi has a better app than Fort Worth. Plus delete my card info from app it wouldn't do it. I tryed to delete it and it says you must have a card on file for this app. FYI if you charge me I'm going to sue y'all.

2024-07-25	Mi*****	Every time I try to get the app to take me either to my house or within a few blocks it keeps saying "Oh no - we can't stop there!" with zero explanation as to why, and despite every location being within the service area for that station (verified by both the online map and the app itself). I ended up just using a rideshare service today on this one time I needed to use it. Get it together Ft. Worth - this is a disgrace!

2024-07-17	Fr*****	Trinity Mobile service is good. Today was my daughter 1st day. The app is easy to use but you're not able to tell them on the App what Apt # or the name of the Apartment or Townhome you live in. The driver very courteous and professional. I arrived to work on time.
