Ok this works but it was not only the position of YOU and Suscriptions. There was another another "subscriptions" tab right below Home and Shorts. That was too see all video from subscribed channels. Clicking on subscriptions (the one that has all channels) led to a page where all channels were displayed, in a grid view. It also changes the poistion of subscription section in my Brand account putting in below "explore". Brand accounts don't need a change in the sidebar because they have old layout, the layout i'm trying to restore with my other account.
