Youtube URL Progress Save automatically updates the YouTube URL to the exact paused time, so you can resume watching later even after closing and reopening the browser. When you pause a video, the URL is updated to include the timestamp, allowing a seamless continue with the browser's Open previous windows and tabs startup setting. This lightweight extension focuses on continuity with minimal setup and friction.

This is a fantastic and extremely useful add-on, been looking for something like this that actually works and is reliable for years, being able to resume watching where I stopped should be a built in feature in browsers and YouTube itself because I have so many videos and tabs open. Thank you for this add-on!
