Instead Job got Eliphaz, Bildad, Zophar, and a young man named Elihu. They went to Job with good intentions. They wanted to comfort him. They did well at first, but when they started to theorize about why Job had all this trouble, they unintentionally became part of Job's tribulations! “Miserable comforters are ye all!" he cried at one point.
